ESQ, a provider of ATM management solutions, has launched OperationsBridge Mobile, an app for smartphones and tablets that gives users up-to-date and actionable information about their ATMs.

Using OperationsBridge Mobile, progressive ATM deployers can step up to the next generation of ATM management in a quick and painless manner, according to a company press release.

OperationsBridge Mobile includes an ATM network view that shows:

  • the status of active and inactive ATMs
  • critical failures based on prespecified thresholds
  • transaction volumes, including daily, weekly and monthly trends — all with a simple tap.

In addition, the app shows approved transactions and transaction rates, average ATM response times, cash withdrawal per current account and other measures that can be accessed quickly from the app’s intuitive interface, the release said.

OperationsBridge Mobile provides a simple navigation flow built on top of advanced underlying technology, with a user-centric design that allows simple setup for various levels of access — i.e., read-only, manager or admin — the company said

ATM status alerts, granular reports and other content is personalized to the user’s profile, and displayed in an executive, operational, or business view. The ATM data points are widget-driven and customizable, allowing the user to manage all aspects of their ATM network in one place.

“We are excited to launch our next generation mobile application platform,” Bob Perreault, chief operating officer of ESQ Management Solutions Inc., said in the release. “OperationsBridge Mobile brings the simplicity and power of OperationsBridge to the palm of your hand. The mobile app has an unprecedented level of functionality, personalization, customizability and multidevice support.”

According to ESQ, the OperationsBridge platform is the only enterprise-grade solution that is multivendor, multitenant, and deployable on an ATM estate of any size. The company said the platform allows users to reduce annual operating costs by over 30 percent while deploying next-generation cross-channel and multitenant capabilities.

OperationsBridge currently runs on more than 250,000 ATMs at 37 financial institutions around the globe, including 20 percent of the world’s Fortune 50 financial institutions, the release said.

OperationsBridge Mobile is now available on the Android platform and will be rolled out for iOS in coming months, the company said.
